Following are the steps for RC transfer in Delhi :

If transfer of vehicle ownership in Delhi is happening from individual to individual name, following are the documents required:

- Copy of valid insurance
- Copy of Aadhar card of buyer (Address on Aadhar should be of Delhi only & Mobile no. should be updated on it)

- Bank NOC and 2 nos of form 35 ( In case vehicle was under loan or hypothecation)

- Original RC
- 2 nos. of duly filled & signed Form no.29

- A certificate from financier (Bank) for having retained full dues
- Copy of valid insurance
- Copy of valid pollution under control certificate

- Copy of Aadhar card of Seller (Address on Aadhar should be of Delhi only & Mobile no. should be updated on it)
